Yes. We have prepared SIMPLY SHARE, an attractive and accessible investment model. As the name suggests, it is a co-ownership arrangement. For example, you can purchase a share starting at 10% of the price.

This gives you 100% of the benefits of our premium resort, two weeks of complimentary villa stays each year for up to six people, and an annual share of the rental income. After four years, you may offer the share to the resort owners. It is a well-secured investment with many benefits. You can learn more about SIMPLY SHARE in the Investment section.

A co-owner has access to all hotel services 24/7. They, their family and their guests may use all hotel facilities, including the year-round wellness and spa world with indoor and outdoor pools, a spacious hot tub and saunas, as well as the restaurant, bar, cinema, conference facilities, extensive parks, boat pier, children's world and playrooms, farm and mini zoo, and much more.

Villa cleaning, maintenance and garden care are included among the complimentary services provided to co-owners.

For an additional fee, you can also arrange a private chef or sommelier, massages, childcare directly in the villa, and many other services.

The contractual operator is the renowned OREA Hotels & Resorts company.
